This wording ships so the app has something to show. Replace it in the CMS under ⚖️ Legal with terms your own lawyer has approved. ## 1. Your account You need an account to use MyBookPal. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into it. ## 2. Your books and materials Books and past questions in the app are licensed to you for your own study. They are protected: you may read them in the app, but you may not copy, re-sell, share or republish them. ## 3. Credits and payments Credits pay for AI features such as the tutor, quiz explanations and maths grading. Credits are bought in the app, have no cash value, and are not refundable except where the law says otherwise. Prices are shown before you pay. ## 4. AI answers The tutor and other AI features are study aids. They can be wrong. Always check important answers against your books, your teacher, or the official marking scheme. ## 5. Fair use Do not use the app to break the law, to harass anyone, or to try to get around its security or content protection. ## 6. Ending your account You can stop using MyBookPal at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. ## 7. Changes We may update these terms. The current version always lives here, and the date below shows when it last changed. ## 8.
